4. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

Australia-wide. We currently do not ship internationally.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before [PLACEHOLDER_CUTOFF_TIME] on a business day are typically dispatched within [PLACEHOLDER_DISPATCH_DAYS] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers

We use [PLACEHOLDER_CARRIERS — e.g. Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, Border Express] depending on item size, weight, and destination. Bulky or heavy items may be sent by road freight.

Delivery time

Estimated transit times once dispatched:

  • Metro: 2–5 business days
  • Regional: 3–10 business days
  • Remote: 5–14 business days

These are estimates only — carriers are responsible for actual delivery times.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on destination and item dimensions/weight.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Address accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-delivery to a corrected address will be at the buyer's cost.

Risk in transit

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer at dispatch (see Terms of Service). However, we will assist with carrier insurance claims for items lost or damaged in transit where:

  • The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photos of the packaging and item are provided
  • The original packaging is retained for inspection

Undelivered or returned-to-sender parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the buyer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
