About these terms

By placing an order with 32 Spares ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't accept them, don't purchase from us.

Goods are used

All parts are sold as used, second-hand, and AS-IS unless explicitly stated otherwise. Minor cosmetic wear, surface marks, fading, and aging are expected and are not grounds for return.

Listings and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe parts accurately. However:

  • Photos may not show every angle or imperfection
  • Descriptions are based on our inspection; we are not the original manufacturer
  • We do not guarantee remaining service life
  • We do not guarantee suitability for racing, motorsport, or modified applications
  • Stock errors, pricing errors, and listing errors are possible — we reserve the right to cancel and refund affected orders

Buyer's responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Verifying part compatibility with their specific vehicle
  • Professional installation by a qualified mechanic where applicable
  • Roadworthy, registration, and compliance checks where applicable
  • Any consequential costs of fitment, removal, or testing

Pricing

Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Title and risk

  • Title in goods passes to the buyer once payment has cleared in full
  • Risk in goods passes to the buyer at the moment of dispatch from our premises

Cancellation by us

We may cancel any order at our discretion, including for:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
  • Inability to ship to the buyer's address

In such cases, a full refund of monies paid will be issued.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including but not limited to: lost profit, lost revenue, vehicle downtime, towing costs, labour to fit/remove parts, hire car costs, or business interruption
  • These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law

Trade and commercial buyers

Where goods are acquired by a buyer for the purpose of resupply or for use in a business, trade, or commercial activity, the buyer acknowledges that the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law do not apply, and the limitations of liability above apply in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
